We have the capacity to develop bespoke extrusions designed to meet the criteria specified by our customers.
SILTEQ have invested heavily in recent years in equipment and facilities for producing volume silicone extrusions for use throughout many industry sectors. From medical tubing (to USP Class VI) for use within the pharmaceutical industry to bespoke sections for use within structures for the building sector. SILTEQ have over 25 years experience in creating dies and generating new development profiles for industry.
In addition, through customer development we have also produced a range of fabricated articles (mainly from extrusions) which have been added to our product portfolio, such as jointed O-rings, cut washers, over door seals, gaskets for window systems and many more.
*Most recently SILTEQ have developed a special silicone compound designed to replace extruded sections and gaskets currently and traditionally made from EPDM for the construction industry. Several key customers have now benefitted from a cost effective product with greater longevity, better heat stability and increased resistance to ozonation and ultra violet (UV) radiation.
